Irish Myst Choir

“The Irish Association of Manitoba Choir known as Irish Myst has been in singing for over thirty years. The choir’s mandate is to entertain as we promote Irish culture within the community. The choir performs at special occasions at the Irish Club, entertains at retirement homes and at Royal Canadian Legions.

We are a four part harmony choir which sings a large variety of music from Irish traditional folk songs to contemporary pop. We sing under the direction of Ian Campbell, who is new with to us this year. Every member of the choir comments on how lucky we are to have Ian with us . We are accompanied Peter Fyne who has been with us for years and is affectionately known as ‘Fyne Fingers’.

We love singing and enjoy the comradely of all our members.

We are always happy to welcome new members to our group. We practice at the Irish Club on Erin Street every Wednesday at 7:30 pm.

We don’t sing because we are happy, we are happy because we sing.
