Rental Policy

Rental Time Frames:

Daytime 9:00am-5:00pm

Evenings 6:00pm-2:00am

Discounts for memberships in good standing.

   If bar service is required, an additional surcharge applies if attendees are below 30 guests

 If an event is expected to span afternoon into evening , an extra charge will apply

Extras

• Tea/Coffee -  (with club supplies- estimate 4 hours) Coffee urns can be rented 

• Microphone/Overhead Sound 

• Screen 

•• Members may NOT offer their membership discount to anyone outside of their immediate family circle.

• All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through the bar. A patron may request specific services, such as u-bottle wine service.  and will be charged a corkage fee to provide the service.

•  No outside liquor is allowed or may be removed from the premises

• Food services may be available upon request

Use of commercial kitchen and facilities are strictly prohibited
